Well my code doesn't do anything regarding the audio stream, so the problem has to be over there.
Have you adjusted the volume to full on the bottom left corner of a given embedded video? |

Just gone into the sound section on the control panel and it nearly blew my ears out! - No adjustments made, just opened the panel!
