I somehow doubt the EU will intervene as such. However, Roger may well have a case under EU law to hammer the UK government. Should this be so, I have no doubt Roger will meet with a nasty accident before things are finally aired. The proles will not be allowed to find out the truth!
As an aside, notice just how few MEPs were sitting? WTF are we paying them for?
Well, whether they act or not, we know they heard it, which means this has become a trial of their behaviour which will reveal their attitude and fitness to rule this new 'nation' of Europe.
